years in the fields of finance, tax, and accounting, Stephen Wan,
President and CEO, has acquired management experience and expertise in
these areas. He has served as CFO of a Bulletin Board company,
engineered the reverse take over of a company listed on the national
exchange, taken charge of buying-out assets from an international
conglomerate and managed a mid size CPA firm.

| Simon Jung, Vice President and
Director, with his prior experience at Merrill Lynch and Morgan
Stanley, has accumulated more than 10 years of experience in investment
research. He specializes in economic competitiveness analysis for
emerging enterprises and the US OTC market listing process.
